The Epoch Times is an international multi-language newspaper and media company affiliated with Falun Gong, a new religious movement. It has been variously described as far-right,[1] right-wing,[2] and conservative.[3] The newspaper, based in New York City, is part of the Epoch Media Group, which also operates New Tang Dynasty (NTD) Television. The Epoch Times has websites in 35 countries and is blocked in mainland China.
